MediEase (operator Medical Tourism India) does not control or operate any Medical Institution, directly, or indirectly, neither does it operates or control any facility or service provided by the Medical Institution mentioned in the Package. Although, MediEase takes care in selecting all the elements in the Package and has no control whatsoever in running the Medical Institution and hence, MediEase cannot be made liable / responsible for any delay, default, failure, improper services / deficiency in services provided by the Medical Institution and/or for any injury, sickness, accident, discomfort, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which may arise due to any act of negligence, deficiency or default in services, of the management or employees of the Medical Institution.

The Medical Institution shall be solely responsible for all treatments to be provided by it to the Patient, including but not limited to surgical, medical, wellness, beauty and all related queries, opinions, advices, and instructions and MediEase shall not be responsible for the same. The Medical Institution, and not MediEase shall be responsible for the success, failure and complications with regard to all the medical procedures vis-à-vis the treatments undergone by the Patient.

Any medical information not mentioned or withheld by the Patient or his / her relatives or not asked for due to the negligence of the Medical Institution and / or the consulting doctor will be the absolute responsibility of the Medical Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and MediEase shall not be responsible for the same.

In case the Medical Institution and / or the consulting doctor is not competent in handling a particular emergency or complication arising pre, during or post treatment of the Patient, it shall be the absolute responsibility of the Medical Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, to refer or call upon the competent medical authority, after taking the consent of the Patient or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends and MediEase shall not be responsible for the same.

It shall be the absolute responsibility of the Medical Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, at the time of the Patient’s admission to apprise him / her or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Patient of the possibility of Contingency Expenses (howsoever rare) and secure his / her consent or the consent his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends in writing to pay for or assist the Medical Institution to recover from the insurance company all the Contingency Expenses and MediEase shall not be responsible for the same.

The Medical Institution shall be solely responsible for any extension / change of treatment dates by it and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and MediEase shall not be responsible for the same.

The Patient or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Patient shall read carefully the terms and conditions mentioned herein before filling and signing the registration form. The terms and conditions as set out in the registration form are also set out in the Package brochure, a copy of which has been provided to the Patient or the person who does the booking on behalf of the Patient. The Patient and the person who does the booking on behalf of the Patient shall sign the registration form. The signing of the registration form by the Patient and the person who does the booking on behalf of the Patient shall mean acceptance in totality of the terms and conditions contained herein by the Patient and the person who does the booking on behalf of the Patient. The registration form, payment receipt shall be binding on the Patient and the person who does the booking on behalf of the Patient and shall constitute a contract between MediEase and the Patient and the person who does the booking on behalf of the Patient signing the registration form and making payment towards the Package.

If the Patient or the person who does the booking on behalf of the Patient has any complaint in respect of the services rendered by the treating, he / they should forward such complaints directly to the Medical Institution without any recourse to MediEase.

By using the medical services offered by MediEase you signify your acceptance to our terms and conditions, if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not sign these agreements of Terms & Conditions documents.
